I am talking about light to moderate yoga like at the gym. I know cardio is the ultimate fat buster, its is just a curiosity of mine… I want to know what my hour in a hot smelly room gets me other than an invincible/calm feeling afterwards. Thaaaanks
ok i have a couple of questions:
1.i have a yoga ball and people say they are good with targeting the lower abs.what do you do with a yoga ball?what are the excercises that you do?
2.what are excercises that are great for getting rid of lovehandles?
any links would be appreciated.and i don’t want to have to buy any equipment.all i have is the yoga ball.
I started yoga yesterday and im going back next tuesday. Should I stretch now (to loosen the muscles) or just wait till tuesday? The reason I ask is because im quite uncomfortable.
Basically a routine that does some good things for your body, feels good, or makes you more flexible or is for something else? A complete body routine?
Anything would be good really. I like to learn new methods, and I only know of about 2 routines at current.
I recently strained my lower back and I want to add yoga (actually bodyflow) to my training. Once healthy, will doing yoga\bodyflow help keep future back pain to a minimum?
I’ve recently tried hot yoga and it was awesome. However, out of curiosity, how does it benefit me? Can it somewhat help with weight loss? Anyone have any experiences? Thanks!
Well I am looking for yet another way to exercise and diet and was told about Pilates and Yoga and decided to try them both but I didn’t know much about it and per research didn’t tell much. If you have done either of the two please let me know tips, advice, etc..Thanks!!!
I always walk with my head down low, pretty much always have. Would like to have good posture, and not become a hunchback. I really need some good exercises or yoga to get my posture to how it should be.
what article are you talking about, Helen?
I know there are places that have different types of hobbies/sports that offer lessons. From yoga to tennis to baking, even. What do you call those places? (im not talking about a country club or school, but an actual building/place that offers various classes for different activities)
