I just got a new yoga mat. the brand name is tapas. My yoga teaher told me to wash it with shampoo to make it more sticky, less slippery. I did that, but it is still slippery. It is supposed to be a good mat, not cheap. Anyone have any advice on making it less slippery?
I find clothing like that comfortable to wear, and I’m wondering whether it would be ok for a class or would be frowned on for a guy.
With respect to being revealing, I would also wear something like runner’s loose shorts.
I will be outdoors for the summer in an adventure type program and am trying to get in shape. I am 40 y o, in decent shape, not overweight, trying to build overall strength, endurance, and look a little better.
I’m looking at doing yoga. It isn’t offered in the area I live in, so I want to do it from home. I’d like it if someone was able to find some website or videos online that could help. Thanks in advance.
I currently teach children’s yoga in my home and at the homes of clients, with a small client base. I have a business plan and location for a studio to rent, but since a grant is difficult to get for such a project, I am looking for an investor for a very lucrative project. Ideas?
Yoga helped me to lose weight and overcome addictions and self esteem issues. Now I want to find a way to help my loved ones to overcome obesity. Please help as I am concerned for the health and happiness of my precious family.
