I have a huge hatred of feet! Lol I don’t know why but I just hate them. Do you have to take them off in classes? I want to start yoga but this is the one thing stopping me.

I have great ideas for a yoga clothing line, I’ve got the name, designs and business cards , now what? I am not a business person. Do I take my designs to a clothing factory and have them make me samples? Then take the samples I had made to yoga studios and clothing conventions to sell?

I’m new to yoga, I’m not exactly sure how it’s supposed to go…I’ve seen that Natamase Yoga on the Fit channel, but it goes pretty fast…I really want to lean up my arms and legs. I’m already pretty flexible, so please, if you have any websites or youtube videos, that would help me out so much.

Maria K asked:

I mean what certification/credentials are required. If a person has a yoga studio and wants to do teacher trainings, how do they go about it.

and i will also continue with light weight training and cardio…but i was wondering, what can i benefit from yoga?
i mean phyisically?

will you lose weight? get lean?

Byakuya asked:

They say it’s supposed to help you relax, but I find it to be extremely uncomfortable. I can’t wait until it’s over. I have no problem doing strength training or cardio, but yoga/flexibility is a huge pain (literally).

I’ve been doing the Yoga workout in the P90X series, but I always stop it after about 30 minutes. I can’t keep endure it for the full 90 minutes.

Does Yoga get easier over time? Or are certain people just not cut out for it?
