Also, is it okay to do Bikram in a semi-warm room opposed to it being really hot. I know you probably won’t get the benefits of sweating as much and releasing as much toxins, but is it okay for this type of yoga?

StawberryLemonade asked:

Yes it exists. I am doing a class where you do a 90 minute session in a room of about 105 degrees Farenheit a couple times a week. It’s also called “hot yoga.”
And no, you don’t do it naked.

I’m 5′7″ and 118 pounds. I have practiced bikram yoga sporadically over the past year. I want to get really toned for summer. If I go to bikram class 3-5 times a week, how in-shape can I expect to get? Should I also do cardio and weights?

KN asked:
