krish_preethi asked:

how does yoga help in reducing weight. Which is a better exercise?

I had insomnia problems when I was doing cardio exercises in the evening after work.Found in the internet that cardio in the evening might have caused it.So I took the exercise to early morning and now having good sleep. I am planning to do yoga in the evening, after meal, before going to bed. Is this advisable and does it cause insomnia?
Thanks!

I am wondering when that item was planned to be released??? It looked like a great way to exercise. I saw a demo and never seen it again.

I used to do yoga classes, and I know it was great exercise, but I can’t remember the movements. Does anyone have a routine they wouldn’t mind sharing? I’m looking for something with cardio and muscle toning aspects. Thanks!

Have you ever seen any over weight ballerinas?(not to offend nobody)seriously?I’ve never seen one and do you think big girls/boys can do ballet?

Also what exactly is yoga apart from an exercise?Does it have an origin?

I am looking for a non-fussy exercise that I can do at home. I would like to sweat a little from it, but the main thing is that I exercise my muscles safely (not interested in muscle building). I have tried a little bit of yoga, and I really liked how I felt afterwards. I really like the stretching, and breathing aspects. But, I am a Christian, and the spiritual aspect of yoga;the fact that it’s leaning toward Eastern religion, bothers me (no offense to those who believe it). Thanks for your answers!

I want to start some classes this summer to stay in shape for dance in the fall, which one will give me more benefits, yoga or pilates?

Popocatepetl asked:

I am willing to start making some exercise, but i cannot make my mind if i should try yoga or go to a gym.
I have never done any sport, i’m bad with that, and i believe i have not a good physical condition, altougth i’m not fat or anything like that.
I am just convinced that i need to make something with my body for healt, and because my work is mostly sitted in front of my computer, and as much as i like it, i know it’s stressing.

Miss Taken asked:

For those of you whose regular exercise consists of only yoga, how long do you practice per day to be in good physical condition and to keep fit?

Puff asked:
