I don’t know much about any of it, but am interested. I’ve heared of hatha yoga, but I know there are many different forms or types of it. Can someone break this down for me a little bit, and explain what each includes?
I am looking for a yoga studio in charlotte, north carolina that specializes in hatha. i found several studios in the area but not one that offers that type of yoga. i live in ballantyne and prefer something close to my house.
these days we listen so much about yoga, pranayama. actually what it is, can anyone explain in a good way what is pranayama and how many types of pranayamas have ?
These two types of Yoga are so different, is it beneficial to do both or do you focus on only one? Kundalini is far more aggressive in it’s physical approach but also has more chanting. Very different from Hatha Yoga! But I enjoy both approaches.
