Yes it exists. I am doing a class where you do a 90 minute session in a room of about 105 degrees Farenheit a couple times a week. It’s also called “hot yoga.”
And no, you don’t do it naked.
I’ve recently tried hot yoga and it was awesome. However, out of curiosity, how does it benefit me? Can it somewhat help with weight loss? Anyone have any experiences? Thanks!
I looooooooove Bikram yoga and it has done wonders for my body and my health! I was just wondering how many calories i burn per class!
If you have never heard of Bikram yoga, please look up one in your area! i highly recommend it!
