I am doing 2 mile walk dvd each morning,and I would like to incorporate a little more into my work out. I am courious about yoga and pilates, what are the benefits of these two workouts? Thanks
I really want to start either yoga or pilates and I’m unable to go to a class to scheduling conflicts, but I’m willing to try it at home. Is there anywas I can still do this in the comfort of my own house?
Also, is either one better than the other in terms of health and losing fat?
