I’m new to yoga, I’m not exactly sure how it’s supposed to go…I’ve seen that Natamase Yoga on the Fit channel, but it goes pretty fast…I really want to lean up my arms and legs. I’m already pretty flexible, so please, if you have any websites or youtube videos, that would help me out so much.

I have ordered some yoga videos and some clothing designed for yoga, however i have tried looking for a sight that would tell me what the best type of underwear is for men to wear during yoga. I know that the clothing is not supposed to be restrictive but i have also seen some yoga poses that look uncomfortable to be done with out support, please help guys.

In Kundalini Yoga there are seven poses that a person are considered essential to do everyday. But the article didn’t say what they were. I figured all poses from every discipline were the same, so I was just wondering.
